2023

Internal tooling goes public

We opened the Connexa chat console and Node.js backend we originally built for our own support desk.

2024

Voice, video, and remote control

Added WebRTC calling, screen share, and remote control so agents can troubleshoot issues live without leaving the chat.

2025

Customer onboarding workspace

Delivered customer registration flows, consent tracking, and threaded assignments to keep every conversation accountable.
